Shipping and Terms
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post standard postage. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post pack and track international. We aim to ship orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on the same business day. If not orders will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business Monday

All orders are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours please contact us at email@example.com so we can follow up for you
If you are an international customer duties & taxes may be payable by you when your order arrives. You will be able to get this information from your local customs office to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.
Things Terrific accepts payment via PayPal and credit card. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable
During the payment process, if you elect to pay via credit card, your card details will be collected and transmitted to our Payment Gateway using a GeoTrust® QuickSSL® Premium certificate. No credit card information is stored on this website, all payments are transferred directly to ANZ Egate.
We want you to love your purchase and therefore offer a return for exchange of same value within 15 days of purchase. We do not offer a refund for change of mind. If you would like to exchange your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorisation (RA) form to be completed and returned with your item in unworn condition with original packaging. Return and replacement shipping cost will be at the purchasers expense.
Your item is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing fault. In respect to defective Products and/or manufacturer's defects, please include a brief note describing the defect together with your RA form. We reserve the right to investigate, and test the Products (if at all possible) to establish the reason for the Products being defective. Defective Products will be replaced or refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products. For Products that are deemed not defective, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to your original order's shipping & handling cost, plus 15% of that cost.

Our Office will only record your email address and other personal details if you purchase product/s from us, send us a message or submit an on-line enquiry form from our web site. Your email address will only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which you have provided it. We will not sell, share or swap your information with any third parties and it will not be added to a mailing list without your consent.
